Free Georgia Power of Attorney Forms | 9 Types

Georgia Power of Attorney, as described in Article 1, ss. 709.2101-709.2402, will allow a person also known as the Principal, to appoint someone of their choosing to be known as the Agent/Attorney In Fact, to assist in the management of their financial and/or medical decisions and to make such decisions in the best interest and needs of the Principal. Although the needs are generally medical or financial, other needs could be care of minor children, vehicle transactions, taxpayer representation or any other limited or springing possibilities.

State Definition – Aticle 1, Section 102 (3) “Means a writing or other record that grants authority to an agent to act in the place of the principal, whether or not the term power of attorney is used”.
