Delaware Power of Attorney, as described in Chapter 49A (Delaware Uniform Power of Attorney Act), will allow a person also known as the Principal to appoint another person of their choosing, to act in their best interest with regard to the Principal’s specific needs as the Principal would as if they were making their own decisions.
